Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will assist nurses (RNs and LPNs) in delivering daily care and support to residents.

Main Responsibilities:

• Care for multiple residents within the facility.
• Observe and uphold resident rights.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Help nurses with resident admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Aid in administering treatments and conducting assessments as directed.
• Assist in restorative and rehabilitative care with supervision.
• Maintain a reliable attendance record by coming to work as scheduled.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when appropriate.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
