RN Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in need of rehabilitative services.
• Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Supervise and mentor other nursing staff to ensure quality care.
• Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers.
• Uphold all facility policies, safety standards, and nursing best practices.

Qualifications Needed:

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Graduate of a recognized nursing program.
• One year of experience in medical/surgical or long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
