Addiction Counselor

Offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus! We are an inpatient drug treatment program seeking motivated and dedicated Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselors (CASAC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with OASAS regulations for inpatient detox and rehab, meet documentation deadlines, and provide high-quality support to clients.

Key responsibilities include conducting individual and group counseling sessions, performing admission assessments, providing case management and aftercare planning, delivering crisis interventions, and developing individualized treatment plans. Strong documentation skills and familiarity with OASAS guidelines are preferred.

Schedule Options:

• 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day work week, with one virtual day-flexible options to discuss!

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year in Substance Use Counseling preferred

License/Certification:

• CASAC, CASAC-A, CASAC 2, CASAC-M, CASAC-P, CASAC-T
