CNA Job Overview:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) assists both RN and LPN nurses in facilitating daily living activities for residents.

Primary Responsibilities and Tasks of the CNA:

• Provide care for multiple residents within the facility.
• Respect and uphold Resident Rights.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Aid nurses in admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Support nurses in administering treatments and conducting resident examinations.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitation care under proper supervision.
• Arrive at work as scheduled and demonstrate dependability and punctuality.

CNA Required Education and Experience:

• A current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Capacity to work collaboratively with other team members.
