LPN Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers of residents
• Administer medications and manage requisitions with the pharmacy and physicians
• Follow infection control and emergency policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent resident outcomes
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions per policy

Requirements:

• Current LPN license
• CPR certification
• Preferably two years of nursing experience
