CNA Job Overview:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports nurses (both RN and LPN) in facilitating daily living activities for residents.

Main Duties and Responsibilities of the CNA:

• Care for multiple residents within the facility.
• Respect and uphold Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities.
• Help nurses with the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
• Support nurses in administering treatments and assessing residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehabilitation care, following proper guidance and supervision.
• Arrive at work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate reliability and punctuality.

CNA Required Qualifications:

• Must possess a current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state where you practice.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
• Capacity to make independent decisions when necessary.
