What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar.
  • Handle confidential communications and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Coordinate high-level meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Enhance efficiency and organization across executive operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and key documents.
  • Research and gather critical information to assist with business strategies and special projects.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proactively problem solving before they arise.
Requirements

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience (supporting C-suite preferred)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills—you know how to get things done
  • Tech-savvy (Google Suite, Microsoft Office, project management tools)
  • Ability to anticipate needs & solve problems before they happen
  • Discretion & professionalism—you handle sensitive information with care
  • A calm, cool, collected mindset—thriving under pressure is your superpower
